Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the salon at least 48 hours in advance by calling 626.441.2062.
Fifty percent of the services will be charged if an appointment is cancelled within forty-eight to twenty-four hours. One-hundred percent of the services will be charged if cancelled within twenty-four hours of the scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy:
No refunds for hair-related services
Modification Policy:
Modification appointments must be booked within seven days from the original appointment date to avoid being charged as a standard appointment.
Model Release:
Any and all photographs or video taken by any Thairapy Salon staff member may be used for print or electronic publication and are the sole property of Thairapy Salon.
